Delivery Policy

Thank you for placing an order with The Organic Make-up Company Inc.

All orders are made fresh for you once your order has been received. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your shipment to be prepared and shipped out to you.

We ship orders Mondays and Wednesdays excluding holidays via Canada Post and FedEx. For those wishing to pickup their orders directly from The Organic Make-up Company our offices are opened for pickups Monday to Thursday between 9AM - 5PM, please wait for our email confirming that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.

Shipping rates will be displayed on your shopping cart once your order is completed. These rates are calculated from the weight of the product and corresponding rates from Canada Post for Expedited Service, ExpressPost, and Purolator and for FedEx International Ground Service.

The Organic Make-up Company does not offer free shipping; however, we are offering immediate discounts at the time of checkout. These discounts will be in addition to any sales or promotions The Organic Make-up Company may have. For orders over $100 you will receive 10% off and for orders over $200 you will 15% off.

We ship our goods in the simplest packaging possible, and we strongly encourage our customers to re-use the envelopes and packing material if possible. Certain packaging materials are regrettably necessary for your products to arrive to you intact, so reusing or recycling these materials can reduce their impact on the environment.

If you receive a product damaged as a result of shipping, we will gladly replace it for you. Simply call us at 1-905-479-9295.
