Return Policy

The Organic Make-up Company Inc. is dedicated to your satisfaction. We want every item you purchase from us to live up to your expectations for it. If you find that an item does not live up to a reasonable standard for that item within 30 days of delivery, please email us at sales@organicmakeup.ca so we can learn why the product did not meet your standards. Our development staff will consider your valuable feedback when formulating new products or improving current ones. In addition, we will extend credit for the value of that item when you shop with us again.

If you receive an unopened item, and decide not to keep it, please return it to us unopened and we will refund the cost of your item minus initial shipping costs. Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your returned shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

When you place your order with The Organic Make-up Company your credit card is immediately charged. If you wish to cancel your order there will be a cancellation fee based upon the total value of your purchase. The cancellation fee will be $4 plus 4% of the total value of your purchase in Canadian dollars.

Due to the variability of cosmetics, and skin conditions, we cannot possibly control whether an individual will have an allergic reaction to any of our products. If you do experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use of that product immediately. Please let us know within 30 days of delivery that you have had this experience, and we will issue a credit note for the amount of that item, to be used toward the purchase of another product.

If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, then we will forward the correct product to you at no cost to you. We may pick up the incorrect item via courier or gift it to you.

Exchanges within 30 days of delivery are possible, but shipping costs will be covered by the consumer.

If we run out of particular ingredients, we will inform you in advance that your shipment has been placed on backorder. It is possible to exchange that order for another or to cancel it. We can ship the rest of your order to you, and we will cover shipping for the backordered item, or you can choose to wait for the whole order to be shipped.
